and front and back camera...

Rahul if you need a well branded Android phone then you have increase your budget little more but if u can't increase your budget than i suggest you new spice MI-310 its an Android phone. The phone has all the feature which you have been clarify in your expectation except Infrared port just because it's an old feature and not available mostly in new handsets.

Infrared is outdated feature. Now its bluetooth in dominance. Also look into Dell XCD35, that is also mid level, capable android phone.
