Simplest way is to delete all updates one by one.
Other way is to disable showing updates on your wall.

Yes there isn't any trick or a short cut to delete the facebook wall post. I remember deleting my 1000+ wall post which took me around 1 hr to delete them. Pain in Ass but cant help it.. Nor you can filter the posts according to the person who have sent.
