Gambling = sattebazi = betting

gambling is illegal in India.

But in most of the western world it is legal and practiced commonly.

1. what can be the reasons gambling is not allowed in India?
2. is it a social issue?
3. if so why do people still gamble?
4. what can be other troubles associated with gambling?

Do you want gambeling to be legal India ?

That dosen't answer the questions.

What I think and what I have seen that Gambling too need patient and presense of mind.

On the other hand, not everyone can gamble, I feel that those who can bear 100% can get into gambeling because then loosing wont effect them much.

In India , from my point of view, most people are still poor in sense of money & gambling is an addiction, moreover illiteracy is widely prevailed in India, illiteracy means lack of information and lack of proper decisions, hence if an illiterate is in gambeling and who is poor also then could really cause a serious consequence in case of loss in gambling. So it is also a social issue. As I said, gambling is addiction and many times it is a cause of extreme adrenaline & people want to feel it again and again.
