Windows 7- combining two internet connection for load balancing

Hi

I have two internet connection and problem is both are slow. I want them to combine so that I can have better internet speed. One connection is only 128 kbps and other is 256 kbps. Both are through data card. Both are cheap but if I can combine them then would be great .

But i don't know how to combine them and make load balancing in windows 7 . Searching on internet was not helpful at all so I turned here to ask for help.

Please give guide or link to do this.
