bluetooth of laptop hp g62 361tx not working?
I have laptop hp g62 361 tx. i formatted by laptop. after that i installed drivers for my laptop from hp's site....
i even installed bluetooth driver... but during the installation a dialog box showing no bluetooth found appears... although the bluetooth icon appears at the bottom of my screen but i cant connect to any mobile,pc...

It might be some problem of the driver may be you have not installed your device driver of the blutooth modem properly or the driver you installed may be not compatible to your model. So just check it out and roll back the drivers.

i installed it from hp official site for hp g62 361 tx..... it is official....

re install the driver again if it dosn't work format your os
You have to reinstall Bluetooth Driver because last time when you install it you did not tick on right away. So, reinstall it properly keep in mind.
