    BSNL has launched a scheme where you can choose your favorite Prepaid mobile number online. This scheme will be launched for prospective customers of BSNL across all telecom circles gradually.

    Its quite easy as well, customer can select any prepaid mobile number of his/her choice by clicking on their circle website and going to "Choose Your Mobile Number" page. Once you have selected your favorite number u should reserve it. A 7 digit PIN number will be forwarded to the mobile number via SMS. Then the customer will have to go a nearest BSNL authorized dealer with the necessary documents, pin number, and reserved mobile number to get a prepaid connection with your favorite mobile number. The number will be reserved only for 72 hpurs after which it will be free again for all the customers.

    Its really nice that customers can choose any good number for His/Her
    but it only for prepaid users .You have any Idea for post paid users .

    Yes,

    Every Company offers favorite mobile numbers for postpaid users u can easily go their post paid centers and select it . BSNL is the first company to start this service for pre paid users.
