Audi has decided to introduce sedan S6 and sports utility vehicle Q3 in India. Both these models will be showcased at Auto Expo in January next year. "The study is going on to introduce S6 in the Indian market. We are thinking to launch it during the second quarter of next year," Audi India Head Michael Perschke was quoted as saying.

Audi is aware of potential Indian Automobile Market and is planning to introduce sports utility vehicle in India. The company R & D is very active and they are planning to launch a electric hybrid version version of A3 in markets considering the ever rising fuel prices. The senior officials of the company believed that in 2012 Indian market for the brand Audi will grow by 30%-40%. At present the company is operating with 15 dealers in India which they believe will be increased to 23 by the end of 2012.
