The High Court Judges have slammed Anna's team by saying that you have no right to interfere with the functioning of Parliament. The judges in their judgement have said "It is not judicable. If we pass an order allowing your petition then even we will be interfering with the functioning of Parliament" We can't allow parallel canvassing when Parliament is seized with debate on the bill. You can propagate sitting at home. Till now the bill has not been passed. No one knows what form and what features it will have. Is public debate permissible at this stage?,"

It should be noted that Anna's team has filed a petition asking the court to reduce the rates of MMRDA ground where they are planning to fast if Government is not able pass a strong Lokpal in this winter session to which the court has refused saying that it has no right to ask the Government authorities to grant them exemption or provide them MMRDA ground at conncessional rates.

Anna team is now planning to ask Delhi and MCD authorities to provide them permission to fast on Ramlila Maidan where they had fasted earlier. They have few days to arrange a site for the agitation as they have already announced that it will begin on 27 of this month.
