Toyota has launched a smaller version of Aqua at a Tokyo Motor Show. This new car is a fuel efficient car and can easily give a mileage of 35km/l. The Aqua model measures 3.9 meters in length and has a 1.5 liter DOHC four cylinder engine. It will be launched across 50 countries by next year. However the Toyota has not reveled anything as far as pricing of this car is concern.

Thanks for the update here, it has very good mileage and I think this car is coming againt Nissan's hybrid car which is Nissan Leaf and is also expected to lauch in 2012.

Yes indeed vikas this car will offer tough competition to Nissan Hybird car, but i am not quite sure as to whether Nissan will be able to launch it next year

Ravinder Oberoi I think you are right because I also got news that its not sure that Nissan Leaf will be launch in India or not.
