Polaris India has launched it's range of power sports vehicle "Sportsman90" and "RangerRZR"."There is a great potential in the under-18 (age) category and that is the reason we have introduced these vehicles today...We are exporting these vehicles as completely built up units from the US (CBU)," Polaris India Managing Director Pankaj Dubey told reporters here at the Auto Expo 2012.

The company has designed this vehicle keeping in mind the youth brigade of India. Th company has ambitious plans of expanding it's product portfolio and dealership network in India. The company has aimed to achieve a turnover of $100 millions by the year 2016. The company top officials have said that the comapny is a new entrant in the market just four months back and drawing a plan to expand it's dealership network. The company has current 10 dealers and are expecting to increase it to 25 by the end of 2012. The current vehicles of Polaris include snow mobiles, off-road and all-terrain vehicles and the once popular are Polaris Ranger, Snowmobile, side-by-side vehicles, etc.
