Tata Technologies Limited has showcased a concept version of new electric car at Detroit Auto Show 2012. This new car will be a electric car which will use electricity as it's fuel, a four seater car that will be priced around $20,000. A huge amount of research and development has undergone in developing this car. Tata Technologies had to acquire around 15 patents and a team of 300 engineers had designed the car .
The car has a smooth textured aerodynamics surfaces. With the help of frugal engineering the company has managed to reduce the cost of car. Tata eMo has only two doors for the passengers to get in and out. If the passengers want to create additional space it can be done by folding the rear seats. The car has got a front disc and rear drum brakes in order to provide it stability. It has a dual motor, liquid cooled offering four wheel drive system. The car can reach the top speed of 65 miles per hour. Due to it's smaller size it provides easy parking space in urban cities. The car is expected o provide tough competition to it's contemporaries and a it's economical nature will make it among the favorites of every car buyer
