Hi,

I'd like to highlight on an order placed by me online at Dominos Pizza at a web address of Dominos Pizza Online: Dominos Offers Pizza Online Ordering & Delivery. I'd placed the order. I didn't receive an order confirmation, however I did get a message from my bank that the amount has been deducted from my account.

I called the Domino s call center and they transferred me to the Janak Puri centre. The employee listened to what i said and asked me to place the order again (with a condition that I'll have to make the cash payment). I asked to speak to the manager to get the issue resolved, however she disconnected the call without giving any satisfactory answer.

If this is the way how consumers are treated, people would ideally not want to be associated with such brands.
