    A Health Fact About Stress And Anxiety


    According to a research conducted, 79% of those surveyed who had eliminated or reduced Caffeine intake had reported improvement in Stress or Anxiety symptoms. Caffeine is reported to cause panic attacks in majority of individuals. It is believed to boast the Sympathetic Nervous System which triggers Anxiety and Streess


    So reduce or control Caffeine Intake in order to control stress.....

    What if someone is only taking moderate amount of caffeine, say only a cup in a day , will that again cause anxiety and stress ?
