Hey guys, my cousin is planning on mobile phone...
His budget is around 15,000 and prefers a touch screen and a good camera with a flash....Other features that he looks forward to are Wi-Fi, Internet, multimedia and his probable choices are Samsung Focus, Motorola Defy
One major question that he seeks answer to is whether Android or windows mobile, whichever is better

As my point of view both OS is best. You can choose any one , but if you are going for windows than you have limited choice of smartphone.
Hence I prefer & suggested you to go for Android.
As seen windows is faster than android.So i will give you my rating as below
Windows - 9/10
Android - 8.5/10
