    It is not possible to reduce cholestrol by beer comsumption. Any form of alchol causes vaso dialation so your blood vessels get dilated so there reduced risk of myocardial infarction(heart attack). But alchol when consumed in excess causes depression and one can become an addict to it. This addiction can in future lead to liver cirhosis and ultimately ruein your heath.

    I have a better and safe option to reduce cholesterol without physical exercise.... Green tea with honey... take at least twice a day..! you can see the difference within 25-40 days. A glass of luke warm lime water with honey also helps in reducing cholesterol.

    But I strongly suggest that there is alternative to physical exercise, such things like green Team might be good but people should not overlook benefit of real workout, even mild work out can make a lot difference in your health.

    It is important to keep the cholesterol level in check in order to enjoy a great life. This can be done by reducing the intalke of oil from the daily food consumption. Also, a small tip that you can implement is that, make it a habit to eat 2-3 petals of garlik during meals. This will help in keeping the cholesterol level in check.
