There are many bikes in such category. ..
You may go for Bajaj XCD or go for TVS Flame . Almost all sub Rs. 50000 bikes gives mileage more than 60kmpl as they have smaller engines ie. around 100cc .
But if you are looking for a decent bike under Rs. 50K then give a look to TVS flame, company says 112 kmpl mileage in test condition for it.
