I just made a fresh installation of windows 7 and now when I found that not all my hard disk drives are detected so tried to access Disk Managment utility, it opens but nothing appears, it is not showing any partition but in lower part it is saying Connecting virtual disk service, I have waiting so long but still same problem.

I tried to find if virtual disk service is running or not but it is running. It is making me crazy. ..

It generally happens if your disk are not in good shape. Anyways, try giving a disk check to and then try this. I have seen that sometimes, after some delay it shows disk manager.
