Hi ,

I have recently discovered a new passion for photography. Although i am confused. Please suggest a entry level camera i should go for. I am looking for goodd quality pictures. Video quality is not my choice and i can go with a bad bad video quality but i need crisp ,crystal clear image quality.
Budget is a constraint for me. Make sure the camera is around 25000 range.

You can start with Sony NEX-3K : NEX-3 : NEX Camera (E-mount) : Sony India , though its not really true dslr but good one if you doing this all for hobby.

Also look into Nikon D3100 , a very good startup DSLR.

However, above all, if you are really looking for amateur but decent photography then buy any cheap DSLR and spend another 10K-15K on lens and you will really love it.
