At the announcement of ‘5 Star Assurance Program’, the Director – Sales & Marketing of HMIL, Mr. Arvind saxena stated, “The new 5 Star Assurance Program for Santro and i10 is specifically designed to offer 360-degree services to our customers and the offer will vary from maintenance to roadside assistance. Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction long after the purchase has been made.”
The program also consists of total maintenance assurance, motor assurance, warranty assurance, exchange assurance and roadside assurance.
