Yesterday when I turned on my computer I saw a green spot on my laptop, I thought something is on screen but when I tried to clean, found its not on the screen but inside the screen.


I have attached screenshot, you can see in lower middle left area you can see the green black spot, I searched net and try to use stuck spot remover program which changes screen colors rapidly so that if its a stuck pixel, can get fix but no help. I tried to press gently but again no help. So what is this problem, I have read that colored spots are not dead pixel but here it is no help, are they dead pixel or stuck pixel ?

You have got dead pixels along with some stuck pixel, the spot size is too big so without any delay, if your laptop is under warranty, get your panel replaced.

You were right, I visited service center and they said it comes in warranty so its peace now. I will get it replaced soon, they said it will take few days to get new panel for my laptop. I have submitted my request, they will call me once they receive the new panel from company.
