I ordered shoes of puma brand from myantra.com (ord.no.3310907) they cheated & dilevered me shoes of another brand & took money. now i am asking for refund they are denying to do so b'cause i am not having any evidence.please help!

It should be your responsibility to get package only after checking it, if it was not what you asked, you must have returned it when courier was delivered to you.
