I have BSNL 2G internet which goes max of 20 KBPS in IDM and about 6 KBPS in upload because i always upload vids on youtube i really need a speed up.

I atleast need 50 KBPS upload and 100KBPS Download

I tryed to play with APNs and proxys but nothing.

Have you tried connecting to internet in 3G mode (with 2G recharge) do you still get same speeds ?
What APNs you used so far ?

Tried that but nothing.
tryed bsnlnet and every other APN but nothing

Try to do a 3G small recharge and tell us what speed you get, if you get 3G speed then it means BSNL has fixed speed problem where people were using 2G recharge on 3G mode and were receiving 3G speeds. Then it will be a bad luck for you.
