I have never seen a worst connection provider and worst customer care like Tikona
For last 30 days I have been suffering from low speed (300 kbps and i am paying them every month 1234/-) issue and every day more than 4-5 times net get automatically disconnected. I have received more than 5 complain numbers and assurance that our engineer is going to visit. No one can believe that though engineer has not visited now the customer care not taking any complain and I received the msg the issue has been resolved. My question is when I am calling every time they told that there is problem on the device and engineer is going to visit. And every time you call to customer care you get to new things behind problem
1. There is problem on our network
2. There is problem on access point
3. There is a problem we see on the device we gave.
My question they don’t even know what is the issue behind Then what kind of customer care it is?
Now see another worst part even today that happened when I call some people say sorry sir our engineer will visit soon (that I have been listening for last 10 days) and on the next time you call they said our engineer has visited? And they even sent me mail and msg and told the issue has been resolved. Can anyone believe? I even sent 3 mails to customer care and mister nair’s address only I received two auto generated mail.
SO, SHOUL I PAY MR. NAIR WHEN I DID NOT GET PROPER CONNECTION??
