i am a biomedical engineer worked as sales engineer in national pharma situated in ahmedabad.it is a dealer of medical equipment like cr systems, ventilators, cautery machines, x-ray films & chemicals, sonography gel etc. I had resigned from this company on 1st October 2012. but when i went to the company to take my salary of September, he refused my application & told me that he had not given me my salary because i don\\\'t given a 1 month notice period. but there is no explanation about this rule in company\\\'s rules & regulation. so what can i do now to take my salary back?

I think you are in fix because generally the bigger the post, longer the notice time required. You should ask them to show letter where you signed mentioning the rules , if its not in contract letter then you are legally eligible for salary but if its in letter then you can't ask for it.
