Most of activities in our life we live repeat everyday and it like we are habitual of it. You do the same things you did yesterday, the day before and every day for the last month.

Habits, good or bad, chosen by you make your character and personality. The key is to control and balance them. If you know how to change your habits, then even a small effort can create big changes in your life and take you towards success.

Here are some bad habit in youngsters which should be into consideration and try to get rid of it:

Bunking - Once you are in an institution, make the most of the opportunity. If you prefer to be outside the class, then why be a full-time student at all?

Smoking - It cannot be over-emphasised that this habit is injurious to health and has been banned in public places.

Plagiarism - In your assignments, project reports etc. always cite the source of material/information you use from others.

Procrastination - Try and be on top of your school work and deadlines. Always prioritise your tasks. This prevents stress too.

Packaged/Junk Food - A study showed that children who ate fast food would grow up with a lower IQ. You know mommy's food is the best.

Gadget Addiction - Another habit, especially social media sites, that experts warn against due to their "damaging" effect on kids.

Flaunting Brands - No show-offs or competitive dressing on campus; it's as if you are entering a beauty pageant.

Littering/Spitting - Demonstrate civic sense. Resepect others as well as public property,

Disrespecting Others - Civilised citizens treat everybody with respect, regardless of caste/occupation, class, religion, race, gender or orientation.

Breaking Rules - Try and always abide by the law of the land. Pledge to observe traffic rules and say no to bribes, to begin with.

Youngsters can make a big change in society by in-build good habits. There is no better way to break bad habits than knowing you have the confidence so do it wisely because it is the key to a well lived life.
