My father have a gas connection of HPCL & he is alive. He want to transfer his gas connection in my name as my mother had expired last year. I want to know:
1) The procedure as per new guide line issued by the Govt. of India recently.
2) Whether i will get subsidized cylinder after transfer ( As our dealer has refused as he has not received any instruction in this matter)
