Fiat 2013, disclosed some of it's technical specifications as reported, Fiat Power comes from a 364-volt, 24 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery pack, and moves the wheels through a 83 kW/111.3 HP permanent-magnet, three-phase synchronous drive motor with 147 lb-ft (200 N·m) of torque. With its e-Drive, the 500e offers more than 80 miles of estimated range, with city driving range typically greater than 100 miles. Charge time is less than 4 hour charge time with the Level 2 (240 volt) on-board charging module (OBCM).

From the Sources we came to know, that the basic 500 has been modified with more aerodynamic front and rear bumper shields, side sills, and door mirrors. It also has a spoiler on its liftgate that helps smooth airflow coming off the back of the little three-door hatchback. Those are all in service of reduced aerodynamic drag, which eats battery power at speeds above 45 mph or so. Inside, the instrument cluster replaces gasoline-engine information with items like state of charge and power consumption. A new 7-inch display in the center stack provides vehicle status information, trip computer data, and more. The 2013 Fiat 500e also has unique 15-inch alloy wheels with a flush surface, new paint colors, and buttons for the drive selector replacing the gasoline version's gear lever. The all-electric hatchback delivers an estimated 116 miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe) city and 100 MPGe highway (186 kmpge and 160 kmpge). As Chrysler Group LLC’s first road-going retail electric vehicle, the Fiat 500e eschews the addition of an “Eco” button as seen on competitive EVs.

However, the price of the Fiat 2013 500e electric car is not made available.
