respected sir,

i had been working in marathwada institute of technology

bulandshahr(u.p) from period august 2007 to april 2010

and due to the chairman R.P. sharma ,who forced me

resign from the position of lecture in BCA department

,without thinking about my family who will be

responsible for their survival and subsistence, he

ultimately, by saying that he should resign and after

some time he will recruit again,but from the time(april

2010) i have been waiting till date – daily,i have been

suffering from the sickness: not sleeping well ;”how to

arrange employment for myself”.

according to the uptu lucknow rules,i will not be

appointed anywhere in india because due to the marks-

mca(53%) ignou 2003- which must be 60% or if any faculty

member if possess before that rule imposed must be at

the same salary level without incrment or decrement.

and undoubtedely,i have been serching job from the date

of resignation and got no position irrespective of

having mca(master in computer application degree)

and our great chairman did a nice job without thinking

about my academic status and saying that some staff

members are complaining against you and you must resign

from the posion and later i will appoint you – then i

was agreed to write down the same whatever he said.

he(chairman) very mature and older person not thinking

about my family and me (at age 46 now).please provide me

the compensation for the precious time and money

whatever i lost from the date 20-april-2010 till today

please do stern action against there criminals ,who in

the form of humane,doing acts as inhumanes

i have sent the following mail to

sub: to request to forgive me and offer permission to

rejoin a

position in computer department as computer

lecturer(CS/IT/MCA/BCA)

respected sir,
i’m writing herewith about not to repeat any problem in

future

as done in the past – when i was a computer lecturer

between the

period aug’07 to apr’10(cv/biodata attached) – and i’m

very

eager again to join your campus.

please sir forgive me for the problems created by me in

the

campus and for this i’m ready to make you authorized to

penalise

me for it.

i had not applied again if i would have got a job any

where as

i’m in a very crucial state of my life – a father of

three

children : 2 daughter(one is a student of 10th) and a

son(dumb

and deaf).

undoubtedly, as per your demand,i wrote a resignation

and at

that time, you assured me that in future you would view

the

matter again – as during the period from the leaving

date to

till date , i have been engaging myself to search a

computer job

,but all efforts remaind in dustbin,which could be

fruitful if i

would have done P.hd and M.tech. not done due to

financial

crisis in the family as my father a pension holder is

under

treatment.

sir ,please provide a helping hand just as an almighty

God

remain scattering brightness to all the creatures

without

considering the rich and the poor in this sordid world.

perhaps,there would be opposition by many persons in the

computer department,but this time i want to make you

assured

that in future ,i will make a good relation with each

person.

Hi dear, it is not a case of consumer forum or court because you have simply given resignation yourself, there must be something in the institute for which they wanted you to resign, may be your behaviour or attitude. I don't believe you can either file any case against him.

If there is anything written / spoken or proof then you may go for "Defamation" case against him which is both criminal and civil offense however I am not sure, you should take legal advice before doing anything.

But I suggest that instead you should start your own institute or organization and use your skills there. It is because organization generally prefer young people and also higher experience people like you is costly thing because they can get a fresher for 1/4th of your demand with similar qualification. I hope you understand.
