Well, samsung c-160 is having only one good thing and that is loud FM.. but quality is very appreciable. The sony one which you mentioned has very good FM though.

But I suggest you to go for Nokia 2600 Classic... for Rs. 2900 .. Bluetooth, VGA camera, GPRS other cool things.
