I have a no. 7405431079. When i recharge every recharge after few days i have balance in minus position or very less balance then my use. If i rarly use and how my balance be less and less? I want to get my money back or want to know reason for this quarry .

I think it is because you have GPRS active on your phone or something else which is using your balance. First make sure to turn off GPRS if it is ON in your phone. Also, call customer care and ask them if there is any service which you don't want then deactivate them.
