I am using a landline number for approximately 5 years and currently using BBG Speed Combo 2799 plan. The problem that i was encountered was that i am unable to find the '+' key on it? What should i do since, I want to dial international number from this landlines and it seems like not working.

Please suggest me what to do. Thanks in advance.

BSNL Landline phone usually doesn't have a "+" key button. If you are looking to make an international call then You must dial as follows:
For,
ISD: You must prefix the phone number with "00"+country code+area code+phone number
NSD: prefix the phone number with "0"+area code+phone number
