Much awaited Iphone for India which created so much fuzz in whole world is all set to be launched officially in India on 22 August 2008.

Apple is launching iphone in India through Vodafone and airtel. However prices are not yet disclosed by airtel but vodaphone announced that they will be offering for Rs. 31000 for 8 GB model and Rs. 36100 for 15 GB model. While earlier expectations were around Rs. 20000 approx. but seems both airtel and vodafone has decided not to subsides the phone.

Millions of Airtel and Vodafone Essar subscribers would be able to purchase the iPhone at their retail counters from August 22. While Bharti Airtel has 69 million subscribers, Vodafone Essar has 49 million.

This is the most anticipated phone, i have ever seen or heard about. I want this phone so badly
