Buying Gold Coins from a Government bank can be sell to private bank?

    Advert.
Hi, Reading the norms of banks i came to know that if you buy the gold coin from the bank, bank wouldn't allow you to sell the gold coin back to the bank. It's quite weird , then why are they selling. Is that any other way through which the gold coins can be selled or not. If other banks or any private banks agree to purchase will they buy at the current price of the gold coins or at the price which i purchased.

If anyone out here knows information regarding my query then please do share your information with us.

    thanks in advance.

I don't know about this but I think they simply are seller but not buyer and hence are not buying coins.
