Dear sir, Greetings, kindly elaborate the free calls structure, in my recent bill I found for each and every call charged except few. I hope I get proper answer.

I hope you know that recently BSNL changed free call criteria. Now they only give free calls inside bsnl network and that is very bad of them.. I don't know why they took this step, many users will run away from them now.
