    Hi, i want to cook pulao with pea, jeera and paneer and the problem is that i don't know how to make it do anyone know here how to make it . It is very urgent please help.

    Hi Seema,
    I would like to share my experience about cooking you must follow these experiment for Pulao with Pea and jeera receipes as follows,
    Ingredients:
    Basmati rice - 2 cups
    (soaked for 15 mins and drained)
    Green peas - 1 cup
    (soaked or fresh frozen)
    Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Olive oil - 3 tsp
    Water - 4 cups
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves(finely chopped) for garnishing

    Preparation Method of Jeera-Green Peas Pulao Recipe

    Heat oil and ghee together in a pressure pan.
    Add cumin seeds and fry it for 2 mins.
    Add basmati rice and fry it for 3 mins.
    Add water.
    Add peas and salt.
    Bring the water to a boil.
    Cover the pan and put the weight and cook for one whistle.
    Do not open, until all the steam is gone.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Serve with any gravy.

    And what kind of gravy you are talking about ?

    Thanks Aarish for the compliment, many kinds of gravy you can have such as Dal makhani, Chana masala, Shahi paneer, Rajma, Rasam like this you can try..

    Dal makhani, Chana masala, Shahi paneer, Rajma are not gravy , I think that creamy paste which is used as base in preparation is called as Gravy ?

    I was not talking about biryani, I was talking about pulao with which have such stuff...
