i have a blackberry 8520 , i use the Airtel connection & recharge with 399/- , at present i am in maharashtra but belongs form west bengal. so if i recharge 399/- then it is usable in west bengal or not?

It will be usable till the last date of recharge validity and after that you have take a plan as per your city.
