I have purchased a Godrej AC last year on 23 April. It has stopped working i immediately after completing one year (I dont know may be timer was installed.) I registered a complaint next day a technician visited my place and said it's compressor is not working we need to change it and for this we will take it to our service center I asked him about the service charges he said compressor comes with 5 year warranty so we will change it free of cost and you have to pay 2200 for gas refiling and visit charges i said ok.

But after a while, when i received my AC back it works well for 2 days and suddenly it creates noise and stops. Then i thought something might have went wrong. I again call up the customer service and the same customer service boy he was just making false excuses . I wrote a complaint in the head office but no such action took place i want here anyone to please convey my problem to any senior staff over there and also guide me what to do?
