    Activated 3g on bsnl 3g 128k sim but speed is very less..

    Advert.
    i have activated 599 rs plan on bsnl 3g 128k sim but speed is very less.. speed increases only after 12 in midnight.. and speed will be good only till 6 in morning.. i hv 3gb usage in morning.. n 4gb usage in night.. but speed is very low.. only gmail opens nothin else.. Is it due to many are hacking BSNL 3G ...?.. SO how to get increased speed...?.. Well I am from Bommanahalli, Bangalore.. In during rainy day no speed at all... Any tricks to increase speed..?..

    Hi Komal
    I think you can't do much because there is network congestion in your area, you should make a written complaint to BSNL stating that speeds are unacceptable in day time and thus causing you monetary losses as you can't do your work online for which you purchased this connection, send copy to local area manager, zonal manager and one to hq . You can find all of their address at bsnl.co.in website.
