I would suggest you go for Cooler master notepal U2 laptop cooler. It has two cooling fans, and you can change or adjust the positions of the fans according to the heat generating areas of your laptop. It costs around Rs. 1500. And the Notepal U3, which has 3 adjustable fans, would cost around Rs. 1850 approx.
