Battery heat very quickly in Nokia 2626. I need solution..

I am in class VII and i am using my father mobile. i got good result father give me his old mobile modelled as Nokia 2626. Though, i want a new android smartphone but it is cool to have a phone atleast. When i talk to my friends more than 30minutes my mobile battery gets heated up. It feels like someone is applying fire near you. So, i want to know if there is any precaution which i can take.

Please help.
