As I understand, do you want to pull out the hard drive from your laptop by opening it, or your hard drive is not starting when you are trying to switch on your laptop?

Thats true, even its not clear to me.

What I think she is not able to browse hard drive partitions.. may be virus issue .. to Kalki13, please explain more .
