Dell 21.5 Monitor-S2240L Monitor Flicker-Fluctuation problem

Hi friends, I have 4 months old Dell 21.5 inch LED Panel Monitor-S2240L which is creating some problem .. I am seeing flickering issue in lower right corner .. its like some fluctuation is in the screen .. little vibration on the image but rest of the screen fine.

I don't understand how to explain properly but I rest of the monitor panel is fine , what should I do to fix this problem and what is the solution to this problem. If anyone else faced any similar problem then please tell me how you solved or what happened ?

Sometimes such flickering happens due to electromagnetic interference. It can happen if your mobile phone is placed near to your LED monitor, or some other electronic device.

Geets is right.
You should try to change location of your Monitor and also make sure that your display cord is not nearby any strong electric equipment like stabilizer or something.
