Regarding your question, no doubt splendor is a very good bike and it has been time tested, however you may also want to see other option like Passion x-pro, Honda dream Yuga and Discover 100T. I am in favour of Discover 100T which is one of the most advanced and good looking bike in this segment and with a good mileage of 76 kmpl (approx).

Rest is upto you, you should go a visit all bike's showroom, take a test ride and then decided yourself. Though it would be nice if you can tell us what will be the use of bike like average daily run, who will be using bike .. .elderly person or a college going student etc.

And Indra splender is a nice option to go for it is counted among one of the high selling and profit generating bikes delivered by hero Honda in their two wheeler segment.
