High friends,
I use to go for aerobics classes but, now I am fed up of with the same music and same steps repeated day by day.
So, that's why I want a change in my style and method of loosing wieght and be fit i.e I want to join ZUMBA classes for the change.
But the problem is that I don't know whether the exersises given in the ZUMBA classes are low impact or high impact exercises.
So, can any one have any idea about that?
