Building body not only requires hard work and dedication but a good of amount of money as well. To build a body like Salman or Farhan Akhtar (Bhag Milkha Bhag) you would need to spend atleast Rs.25,000 per month for the diet. You can contact a gym instructor and a dietitian to get the estimate.

I think to make body like Salman khan is not a big issue join a decent gym whose instructor must have well toned muscles and they will let you know how to do that. I think if you work with full dedication atleast for 9-12 months you can have that type of body.
