Reliance Internet Server Backup issue when electricity got cut

Hello to all,
Today I was booking ticket from IRCTC & when the light went off the reliance internet server stopped responding at the time of transaction because of which I could not book my ticket & hampered my my travel.

It seems that the reliance server which they in our particular area doesn’t have a power backup & it hence it behaves ubruptly.
Can you provide me with the correct solution?
