you just have to open the play store and then type ringtone applications in the search option. Then it will show you lots of ringtone applications like :

1. ZEDGE
2. RINGTONE MAKER
3. TONE PICKER
4. MP3 RINGTONE MAKER
5. ZEORING

and many others download any of them. Now, choose the song,then cut the songs portion which you want to make the ringtone using the ringtone applications from the song .
