I am a citizen of agra and to make my adress proof i am willing to make my UID but sadly there is no place where my UID can be make in agra is anyone knows where to make UID in agra. Also, i want to donate blood today is there center through which we can donate blood in India.

I think you can log in to aadhar card enrolment official website through their you can easily got to know all the center where UID is made. Blood donate center, you can donate blood by visiting in any reputed hospital.
