    Advert.
Sleeping is considered to be essential function of our body, even though there are no strong scientific evidence how sleep helps us and why we need sleep at all.

There are many advancement in scientific research but still sleep remains a mystery for us. It is believed and proved in research that sleep can actually increase your brain's memory retention power. It is also observed those with sound sleep have better level of creativity. Also, if you are not getting enough sleep then you may face problem in understanding things and also you may face trouble in controlling your emotions.

As per researches so far, sleep is critical at almost all stages of memory formation, memory processing and long-term memory retention.

However, in terms of survival instinct, sleep is a dangerous thing because when one is sleeping , he is more vulnerable but because sleep has survived from long, then it is believed to have a lot more biological importance.

So, whats your take, taking a nap soon ?
