Micromax 210 (canvas 4) problem - call not rechable and poor camera quality

I have purchased this phone 4 days ago and I have found 2 problems in the phone ,

1. My phone is mostly not rechable to others and people can't make call and if by chance it gets connected then call gets dropped in few second.

2. Camera quality is poor, it has 13MP camera but I don't see 13MP quality in the camera at all .

I suggest please provide solution for the above problem.
